インド：海事法2017（海事クレームの管轄と解決）

インド海運省は、上記法律を2018年4月1日より施行する旨の通達を発出しました。この日以降、海事訴訟提起、インドでの船舶の拘留、裁判管轄に関する問題など すべてこの法律に基づき決定されます。
この法律に関連の追加情報については、クラブのLegal Briefing: Cargo Claims in India をご参照ください。The Ministry of Shipping in India has issued the attached notification to announce that the above Act will come into force on 1st April 2018. Following this date, the filing of Admiralty Suits, arrests of vessels in India, issues relating to court jurisdiction, etc. will all be decided under this Act.
