Legal Update：中国 - 2019年1月22日より船舶バラスト水管理条約を実施

中国の現地コレスポンデンツHuatai Insurance Agency & Consultant Service Ltdより、船舶バラスト水、堆積物のマネジメントおよび管理措置（1月22日施行）に関する回覧を入手しました。メンバーの皆様は、船舶が中国の海域を通過する前、または通過される際にご注意ください。

We would like to draw Members' attention to the attached Circular PNI1902 - Measures for Supervision and Management of Ship Ballast Water and Sediment received from the Club's local correspondents in China, Huatai Insurance Agency & Consultant Service Ltd.

The said measures came into force on 22 January. It is important that Members familiarise themselves with these measures prior to Members' vessels proceeding to, or transiting through, Chinese waters.
