<要旨>9月21日、UKクラブのロス・プリベンション チームが、ソウル ロッテホテルにてセミナー及びレセプションを開催しました。セミナーにおいて、漁船との衝突クレームにおける対応方法や関連する法的問題について考察することにより、クレームを抑制しメンバーシップのクオリティを維持することを目的としています。The Club held a Loss Prevention Seminar and Reception at the Lotte Hotel in Seoul on 21st September. In attendance were Andrew Jones Regional Director for Asia, Stuart Edmonston Loss Prevention Director, DY Kim Senior Claims Director, and Sean Song Claims & Loss Prevention Executive. The event included an in depth study into collisions with fishing boats, including advice on claims handling and associated local legal issues.
