After graduating in shipping technology from Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Kelvin worked for a firm of average adjusters and P&I correspondents before joining Thomas Miller in 2005. He holds a LLB and handles P&I and Defence claims. Kelvin speaks Cantonese and Mandarin.
