Olivia is an Underwriting Technician who is responsible for assisting the Underwriters in the Europe and Americas team. 

Olivia originally joined Thomas Miller in 2017 as a Customer Support Executive for BLP Insurance, dealing with construction and 10 year warranties, before moving over to the UK P&I Club in 2021.
