Rafael Diaz-Oquendo

Rafael joined the Club in August 2016. Rafael is a lawyer from Venezuela with LL.M degree in Admiralty and Maritime Law from Tulane University (New Orleans, LA). He came from a law firm in Venezuela where he used to practice maritime law, and oil and gas law for 16 years in cases involving several jurisdictions in Latin America. He currently handles P&I and FD&D claims in the Americas mainly focusing in South and Central America for the Members of the UK Club.

Rafael is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (native speaker).
