米国フィラデルフィア寄港時の新たな喫水報告要件

ベン・フランクリン橋のデラウェア川北部にあるターミナルに寄港予定の船舶は、今後4年間にわたり橋の修繕工事が行われるため、入出港時の船高と最大喫水をパイロットステーション到着の72時間前までにパイロット協会へ報告しなければなりません。

Effective immediately vessels scheduled to call at terminals on the Delaware River North of the Ben Franklin Bridge must report their arrival and departure air draft and deep draft to the Pilot’s Association 72 hours before arrival at the pilot station.  The Bridge will be undergoing maintenance for the next 4 years and the project requires scaffolding hanging beneath the bridge that reduces the available clearance.
