米国ニューヨーク州 - 乗組員上陸許可方針の変更を撤回

ニューヨーク州の国税関・国境警備局(CBP)が2019年10月２日に発表した上陸許可に関する新たな方針は、11月1日付で撤回されました。詳しくは、ECM Maritime Services LLC's: Client Alert 19A-2019 をご参照ください。

Members were recently notified of a new Shore Leave Policy announced by the US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) office in New York to restrict shore leave to crew members in the New York/ Newark port area. The new policy was to have come into effect on 01.11.19.

Instead, on 01.11.19, CBP NY announced the revocation of the new policy. The past practice of issuing conditional landing permits and processing off-signers therefore remains in effect. ECM Maritime Services have provided an updated client alert here.
