IMO等による緊急対応要請: COVID-19パンデミック下の乗組員交代および本国送還について

当クラブは、5月29日付でIMOをはじめ様々な機関がCOVID‐19のパンデミックの状況下において安全に乗組員交代や本国帰還が行えるよう、各国政府に働きかけたことをお伝えしましたが、この度、IMO、ICSおよびITFは、各国政府がサプライチェーンの最前線で重要な役割を果たす海上・航空乗組員が安全な交代・帰還が行える対策を実施するよう、重ねて強く要請を行いました。

The Club recently reported on calls made by various organisations including the IMO, the ILO and the ICAO for urgent action to be taken on crew changes.

There are calls for sea and air workers to be designated as key workers so that they can be relieved, and safely repatriated during the COVID-19 pandemic. The IMO has now issued a news release, again urging governments to take steps to expedite crew changes and the repatriation of seafarers.
