UK MCA: 危険物報告についてのガイダンス

英国海事沿岸警備庁(UK MCA) は、船主・オペレーターに向けてUK MCAに報告すべき危険物の種類についてのガイダンスを発表しました。

The U.K. Maritime and Coastguard Agency has issued guidance for ship owners and operators about the types of hazards that should be reported to the Agency.

This document outlines:

  • how and when warnings are broadcast
  • what kind of activities require a warning
  • how to inform UKHO that a hazard requires a navigational warning
  • broadcast charges to those responsible for the hazard that’s issued as a warning

On 10 August 2022, the European Union (EU) published updated FAQs clarifying the application of provisions relating to the carriage of certain cargoes from Russia, including coal and other solid fossil fuels as well as certain types of fertilizer.

2022年6月21日、英国政府はロシアに対する経済制裁措置を強化しました。本規則はThe Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 ("the Regulations")に改訂を加えたもので、こちらからご確認いただけます。 本規則により、ロシアから英国への石油および石炭の輸入の禁止、およびロシアへの主要な工業製品の輸出が禁止されます。また、ロシアへのエネルギー関連製品およびサービス、技術支援、金融サービス（保険または再保険を含む）、およびブローカーサービスの提供についての制裁対象が拡大されました。 この制裁措置は、英国国民および英国法人（居住地を問わず、支部を含む）の他、英国内で活動を行うすべての人に適用されます。
