The Club would like to draw Members’ attention to the 2022 tariffs for sea pollution fines in Turkey, applicable from 1 January 2022. The rates have been increased by 36.20%, compared last year’s rates. A summary of the fines with recommendations on how to avoid the fines, prepared by the UK P&I Club’s Correspondents, Vitsan, may be downloaded below.
