The UK P&I Club has collaborated with Advocate Sertaç Sayhan, to issue this Legal Briefing on "Cargo Claims under the Turkish Commercial Code". This is the fourth Legal Briefing in this series, providing guidance to Members on the specific issues relating to cargo claims in the jurisdictions covered.
