最近、品質監督管理検疫総局（AQSIQ）はウェブサイト広報11/2018号で、ナイジェリア、ペルー、ブラジルから中国に入国する個人、船舶および貨物などに対し黄熱病検疫対策を強化することを発表しました。尚、本通達は2018年1月19日より3ヵ月間有効とされています。現地コレスポンデツは、中国の各港で執られている措置内容が異なっていること、蚊の駆除証明書提示が求められる場合もあることを伝えており、予め中国の現地代理店から最新情報を得ることを推奨しています。
The Club has recently been notified through various sources about a newly enforced Yellow Fever quarantine requirement for individuals, vessels and cargo entering into China from certain countries as announced by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ) website Announcement No. 11/2018, dated 19th January 2018.The affected countries and areas include from Nigeria, Peru, Brazil (except for State of Ceará, State of Rio Grande do Norte, State of Paraiba, State of Pernambuco, State of Alagoas and State of Sergipe).
All travellers from the above stated countries and areas are required to produce a valid Yellow Fever vaccination certificate to the AQSIQ officials prior to entering into China. Travellers whom do not have a valid yellow fever certificate, shall be observed for six (6) days from date of departure from the above mentioned countries and areas.
This announcement also requires all aircrafts, vessels, cargo and containers from the above stated countries and areas, to have effective vector control measures. Containers, used items and cargo found with infected pests/insects, or aircrafts and vessels without proof of valid vector control, are required to implement vector control measures. Prior to completing these vector control measures, vessels should maintain, no less than, 400 metres away from the nearest land or nearby vessels.
It is essential for the Members, whom have trade, or intend to arrange crew change involving crew travelling from these countries and areas, to be aware of above prior entering into China. The Members should also keep in close contact with their local agents in China to check the latest status of the above announcement.
The above measures are valid for three (3) months from the date of announcement, which is 19th January 2018.
