UKクラブは、UAE港、領海および排他的経済水域における石油・石油関連製品のカーゴ・オペレーションを行う船舶の条件について、UAE連邦交通局から次の通達を受領しました。
The UK Club have received the following circular from the UAE Federal Transport Authority, regarding the conditions on oil and products cargoes operations in UAE ports, territorial waters and in the exclusive economic zones with immediate effect.
QUOTE
Reference to ministerial resolution No. (73) 2017 and with immediate effect:Foreign flagged ships carrying crude oil and products in the UAE ports, territorial waters and in the exclusive economic zone (excluding ships with navigation licenses issued by the FTA) must fulfil the following conditions to carry out load/discharge operations:- Ship is less than 25 years old from date of delivery
- Classed by classification society member in the International Association of Classification Societies (IACS) or emirates classification society (TASNEEF)
- Doubled hull
- Constructed or adapted primarily to carry crude oil and products in bulk
