ブラジル: 船舶間貨物移送(STS)に関する規制を議決

ブラジルにおける船舶間貨物移送（STS）は規制の対象外でしたが、国家水運庁(ANTAQ)の議決により2021年12月1日以降、STSについての管理制度およびガイドラインが制定されました。詳細については、当クラブのブラジルのコレスポンデンツ、Proindeのウェブサイトにてご確認いただけます。

STS tranfers in Brazil have never been regulated but from 1 December 2021, the National Waterway Transport Agency (ANTAQ)’s Resolution 59 of 28 October 2021 will govern such operations. Members are referred to the website of Proinde, the UK P&I Club’s Brazilian Correspondents, for details of the new regulations.
