フィリピン・ミンダナオ島：特定の国籍の船員が乗務する船舶の入港禁止措置

<要旨>2017年5月よりミンダナオ島で布告されている戒厳令が、2017年12月31日まで延長されることが決定されました。フィリピン政府が以前より公開している入国制限対象国リスト上の国籍の乗組員が乗務する船舶はミンダナオに入港できないこととなります。また、トルコとインドネシアに関してはリストに記載されていませんが、ミンダナオ島におけるテロ活動との関連が認められたため、一時的に入港禁止の処置がとられています。Following the implementation of Martial Law in Mindanao (southern Philippines) on 24th May 2017, the Senate and the House of Representatives met jointly at the end of July and voted to extend martial law in Mindanao until 31st December 2017.

UK Club correspondents report on how the armed conflict in the region is having ramifications in regards to international vessels, as crews of a certain nationality are not being allowed to proceed to ports in Mindanao.
