トランスペトロ・セミナー

<要旨>　2017年8月31日にトランスペトロ・アカデミーにて、油濁事故対応に関する国際セミナーが、UKクラブ、ペトロブラス/トランスペトロ及びITOPFの協賛により共同開催されました。

An international one day seminar on oil pollution response was held in Rio de Janeiro on 31 August 2017, jointly sponsored by the UK Club, Petrobras/Transpetro and ITOPF, and was held at the Transpetro Academy.

In attendance for the UK P&I Club were Hugo Wynn-Williams (Chairman & CEO of Thomas Miller - "TM"), Lance Hebert (Senior Claims Director TM) and Rafael Diaz-Oquendo (TMA New Jersey). The speakers included representatives of the Brazilian Coastguard ("DPC"), Federal Environmental Agency ("IBAMA"), Petrobras/Transpetro, ITOPF and the UK P&I Club, and was well attended by guests invited from the Brazilian ship-owning community.
