SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING - 24 MARCH, 1999

At the Special General Meeting held in Bermuda on 24th March, 1999, the Membership voted unanimously in favour of the single resolution contained in the agenda, thereby confirming the decision of the Board to name Thomas Miller (Bermuda) Ltd. as the Managers of the Association in Bye-Law 36 in place of Thos. R. Miller & Son (Bermuda), the now dissolved Miller partnership. The effective date of the change, determined by the President in accordance with the resolution, was 16th April, 1999.
