As new Board Chairman, Inglessis will be supported in his role by the Deputy Chairmen Nicholas Schues, Paul Wogan and Randy Chen.
Andrew Taylor, UK P&I Club Chief Executive Officer, says: “Nicholas is an excellent replacement for Alan as our new Chairman, with vast industry experience and an in-depth knowledge of the Club. Alan has navigated the Club through a period of industry-wide turbulence following the global financial crisis. Under his leadership, the Club has regained its S&P A rating, increased its capital base and repaid the hybrid bond. We thank him for his commitment to the Club and wish him well in his future endeavours.”
