What If I Quit Smoking?
In October the UK P&I Club PEME team supported the Annual "Stoptober" campaign to encourage people to give up smoking. We are pleased to advise we have now produced a series of posters on the same theme.
Members who would like a set of the posters can email the UK P&I Club PEME Team (PEME.ukclub@thomasmiller.com). The posters, which detail the benefits of giving up smoking even in the short term, are ideal for display on-board ships, in the crew areas, or Members offices.
With New Year and the opportunity for New Year's Resolutions coming up why don't you encourage your crew to give up, or have a go yourself, your body will thank you for it!
