A new relationship with an experienced independent third party administrator means crew working on the ships of members of the PEME scheme will soon be able to benefit. An enhanced medical screening will be issued at a number of pre-approved healthcare provider clinics throughout the Russian Federation.

Russia, one of the largest supplier of crew in Eastern Europe, joins the Programme's other medical facilities in the region which are located in Ukraine, Poland and Bulgaria
