MPA Singapore - Port Marine Circular 035

Please be aware of the latest Port Marine Circular in Singapore shared by Club correspondent SPICA SERVICES (S) PTE LTD which will likely have an impact on many shipping operations.
In light of the evolving Covid-19 situation in Singapore any attendance on board vessels in Singapore (surveyor, superintendents, repair crews, etc.) requires from 24 August 2020, 3 days advanced notice to the MPA following PMC 035. It needs to include:
(a) name of vessel
(b) name of service provider
(c) purpose for visit
(d) name and contact number of person attending
(e) ETA + estimated duration on board, and
(f) Safe Management Measures (SMM) of the service provider.
Should the situation dictate necessary and immediate attention on board, we encourage Member to contact the Club immediately.
