Hong Kong (HK) maritime administration has delegated authority to issue HK Bunker Convention certificates to the China Classification Society and the Korean Registry of Shipping in accordance with Article 7 (3) of the Convention. Further details can be found in the IMO circular.
The authorisation will come into force on 19 May 2010.
