UK MCA has issued a circular outlining that they are now receiving applications electronically for CLC and Bunkers Convention certificates this can be found here
http://www.mcga.gov.uk/c4mca/ukr-home/ukr-bunkerclcs.htm. The application form can be filled out online and then submitted by email (which can be done via the website electronic form).
The renewal deadline is 29th January 2010 for certificates for 20 February 2010.
The UK MCA are now receiving applications electronically for CLC and Bunkers Convention certificates. The application form can be completed online via the UK Ship Registry website:
www.ukshipregister.co.ukThe completed application form can then be submitted by email via the ship registry website with an electronic blue card.
A copy of the MCA circular outlining the new process was circulated to the Pollution s-c on 30 November 2009.
