MiscellaneousThe Greek Ministry is insisting on "wet" signatures.
The Ministry is prepared to accept the electronic blue cards in the first instance from the owners on the basis that the hard copy blue cards are received afterwards within a one-month period. Please note that the address to be included on the blue cards has recently changed.

The Club would like to draw Members' attention to the update below from the Club's Correspondents in Australia.
On 17 March 2022 the UK Government published a General Trade Licence in part to clarify earlier amendments to the UK Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations (the “Regulation”). Specifically, the licence addresses the issue as to whether it is lawful under the Regulation for insurers and reinsurers domiciled or operating from the United Kingdom to provide insurance for vessels calling at Russian ports or transiting Russian territorial waters.

The new Civil Code of the People's Republic of China came into effect from 1st January, 2021, bringing in numerous changes to the rules governing civil disputes in China, those of particular relevance to Members are the changes to the rules relating to guarantees, which we consider in more detail below.
