Latest Loss Record Statements (Editorial - 29 October 2010)
We are pleased to note that Loss Record Statements are now available for Members and their brokers in the Underwriting Reports area within the Underwriting Online section of the Club website.
This important renewal document is updated as of 20th October 2010. All Members are urged to read the October Review 2010, which is an important summary of your Club's financial position and renewal position.
As a reminder, as of last year the loss record format was improved for ease of reading. An explanatory guide to the new format statements has been published in the Publications section of this website.
All of these documents can be compiled as "pdf" files which can be read within Adobe Acrobat on screen, printed in your office, saved to your own computer or copied to other colleagues. The records can be interrogated for claims details and exported to a spreadsheet for use in Member's own management systems.
If you have any queries regarding the information contained in those records, please refer to your usual underwriting contact.
The Club does not automatically mail paper copies of renewal loss records. If Members encounter difficulties with this arrangement, please advise Sue Jamieson at the Underwriting Department - e-mail:email@example.com
Underwriting Online is accessible with your existing Members Area username and password. If you have not registered as a user of the Members Area a short illustrated guide on how to register can be viewed here.
