Latest loss record statements
Renewal records cut-off at 20 October are currently available for Members and their brokers in the Underwriting Reports area within the Underwriting Online section of the Club website. Current loss records are updated where there have been subsequent claims or premium movements.
The explanatory guide to these statements "Your loss ratio explained" is in the Publications section of our website, and a guide to accessing online renewal information is available on our website.
The Club no longer automatically mails paper copies of renewal loss records. Instead, all documents can be compiled as "pdf" files to be read on screen, printed in your office, saved to your own computer or copied to other colleagues.
Claims details can be exported to a spreadsheet for use in Member's own management systems.
If you have any queries regarding the information contained in those records, please refer to your usual underwriting contact. If you encounter any other difficulties with any renewal documentation, please contact Sue Jamieson at the underwriting department for assistance.
underwriting.ukclub@thomasmiller.comUnderwriting Online is accessible with your existing Members Area username and password. If you have not registered as a user of the Members Area, or are unfamiliar with the system a short illustrated guide on how to access loss records can be found in the Underwriting section.
