The Financial Services Authority - Employers' Liability Register (ELR)
The UK P&I Club is a firm registered with the Financial Services Authority in the United Kingdom (reference number 202782). In accordance with the Employers' Liability Insurance: Disclosure by Insurers Instrument 2011 the Club is required to set up a Employers' Liability Register. (See also the FSA Sourcebook - ICOBS 8.4.4R.) The insurance cover provided for individuals is provided subject to the Rules of the Club and the certificate of entry in relation to the Member's entered ship. Specific information on cover can be obtained from the Underwriting Department of the Club.
