For attention of the Members - Proxy Forms
Special General Meeting – January 2013
Hard copies of the Circular (Ref 21/12) and papers relating to the Special General Meeting of the Club have been sent to Members by mail. These papers include the proxy form which Members are requested to complete and return to the Secretary of the Club.
Postal services around the World seem to be somewhat unreliable these days, and it may be that some Members in certain jurisdictions do not receive their proxy forms in time to return them for the SGM. In the event that any Member has not received the papers by Wednesday 16th January, they are recommended to use the attached proxy form and return a scanned version by email to the Secretary (david.hunter@thomasmiller.com). In this event , please ensure that the name of the Member and of the signatory are included in block capitals on the form.
