Member Survey 2013 - Results published
The headline results of our Member Survey are now available in the attached publication. A physical copy of this Member Survey report is being mailed to all Members shortly.
In March we invited our Members and brokers to participate in the 2013 Member Survey. The survey aimed to identify those areas going well and those requiring improvement. It also sought views on which topics Club advice and guidance would be most valued going forward.
The positive response of 200 Members and 59 brokers worldwide suggests the survey is representative of the full breadth of membership.
A detailed and full report on the Member Survey findings was given directly to the Club Board meeting by Firebrand Insight in July.
The Board are determined to use the findings of the survey to make the UK P&I Club an even better club for the future and to develop further those features of the club that Members and brokers find most important.
The Club's satisfaction survey remains an important part of our commitment to being the leading shipowner-controlled provider of P&I. But this publication of results is just the start of a new and ongoing initiative to seek Members' and brokers' opinion of the Club's service and support.
The survey was run by independent agency Firebrand Insight according to the codes of conduct of The Market Research Society and of ESOMAR, the World Research Federation.
