The Maritime Port Authority Singapore has published a circular to give guidance on the Implementation of the Maritime Labour Convention 2006 - Requirements for the Declaration of Maritime Labour Compliance.
Singapore has released a recent circular on MLC related to the reporting of accident, injuries and diseases on Singapore flagged vessels. The circular gives time limits and contact details for the notifications and the details required.
