Specialist focus for our Member Survey
All Members and brokers should have been contacted by
Firebrand Insightwith a personal online survey which is being undertaken on the Club's behalf.
Their email is an invitation to participate in the survey and to provide the Club with valuable information to help it continue improvements in service and ensure Members' considerations and priorities are taken into account fully in that process.
The email contains a dedicated link giving each recipient access to their own copy of the survey. The survey is designed to take no longer than 15-20 minutes to complete. However, there is no requirement to complete the questionnaire at one sitting, it is possible to return to it as many times as one wishes.
Whilst the survey has enjoyed a significant response already, the Club is eager to obtain a high level of participation in order to capture the variety and diversity of different Members needs and views. It recognises that its membership embraces a considerable range of ship types, trade sectors, regional and international trades and corporate organisation. The aim is to examine responses in detail to understand the nuances in service and performance that such a broad membership requires.
As the closing date for this survey is April 23rd 2013 we would encourage Members and brokers who have not taken part to contribute their views through the survey over the next few days.
The survey asks you whether you are happy to have your scoring and comments attributed to you in reporting. If you would prefer to remain anonymous then, rest-assured that reporting will be in aggregate only, as part of a set of summary statistics.
This survey is undertaken under the codes of conduct of The Market Research Society and of ESOMAR, the World Research Federation.
If you have any questions regarding this survey please do not hesitate to email us on the dedicated email address:
