Please note the London office will be closed on Monday 30th May for the bank holiday.During the bank holiday period we maintain emergency and out of hours cover for Members in case of incidents or other urgent matters arising. A list of emergency and after office hours (AOH) contacts is available here and also in the Making Contact section of this site.
This list is updated weekly to reflect staff changes and is mailed to all subscribers to our Latest Update email bulletin.

The Crisis Management Team (CMT) is ensuring Thomas Miller and its business is responding swiftly to a rapidly changing situation. Central to Thomas Miller’s Business Continuity arrangements is our ability to work remotely. Our Shanghai and Hong Kong offices have been able to work from home fully and effectively since the start of the outbreak in January, allowing normal business operations to continue. From Thursday 19th March all our UK and Mainland European offices, Hong Kong and Shanghai, and US based offices will be working remotely. We will of course maintain the same high levels of service our Members have come to expect from the UK Club.
