Philippines - Martial Law Declared in Mindanao
The UK Club has received the attached update from Pandiman Philippines Inc. advising that martial law has been declared in Mindanao.
Following serious terrorist activity involving fighting between ISIS supporters and Philippine government troops in Marawi City , Mindanao, President Duterte made a declaration of Martial Law at 22:00 LT Manila (GMT+8) yesterday evening 23rd May 2017. Initially this will be in effect for 60 days.
