QCR Summer 2017: LMAA 2017 Terms
The London Maritime Arbitrators Association ('LMAA') has published a new set of terms that will come into effect for appointments made after 1st May, 2017.
The new terms seek to update the LMAA procedures to reflect best practice and allow for more efficient resolution of disputes referred to LMAA arbitration. Read the UK Defence Club's Soundings here.
