Charterers Terms and Conditions 2020
The Charterers Terms and Conditions for the 2020 policy year are available now. The terms and conditions no longer are in the same Rule book as the owned mutual cover, and the new format should make it easier for Charterer Members and their brokers to use.
Members and brokers can still access the Charterer Addendum for the current 2019 policy year here.
The Charterers Terms and Conditions are based on the existing comprehensive cover as accustomed by many of our Members worldwide but with clear language and focus on Charterers only.
It increases the usability by our Members and flexibility to further develop additional covers as an answer to the ever stringent requirements Charterers are facing on a day to day basis.
The Terms and Conditions have been reviewed from a Charterers point of view ensuring the cover remains in line with market practise and meeting Charterers needs.
