IACS position on surveys
IACS is committed to supporting the maritime industry through the unprecedented challenges posed by the COVID19 pandemic.
Please find attached the IACS letter to industry regarding the common approach towards extension of surveys. The guidelines indicate that the Special and docking surveys have the possibility for extension up to 3+3 = 6 months. Details about other surveys are also provided.
