UK P&I Club Japan Branch/Thomas Miller KK - Coronavirus Business Continuity Plan
We have put in place temporary flexible working arrangements (flexible commuting/working from home) for our staff to avoid the worst of the rush hour in compliance with the Japanese Government's recommendation for preventing spread of infection of Coronavirus.
However, our official hours remain the same, i.e., 0900 hrs though 1700 hrs, so our temporary flexible working arrangements should not interrupt normal business. However, should any of our staff be not in the office at any time during the office hours, they can be contacted by mobile and their contact details are as follows:-
