UK MCA: Hazard reporting guidance

The U.K. Maritime and Coastguard Agency has issued guidance for ship owners and operators about the types of hazards that should be reported to the Agency.
This document outlines:
- how and when warnings are broadcast
- what kind of activities require a warning
- how to inform UKHO that a hazard requires a navigational warning
- broadcast charges to those responsible for the hazard that’s issued as a warning
