The Club is pleased to issue the following guidance from our Club Correspondent Oasis P&I regarding their circular No_2107: Updates on Chinese Ports after Recent Regional Outbreaks of Covid-19 in China.

General situation
Generally, all ports are still operating. ports are congested to different extents. terminal staff, pilot, surveyor, etc. and has to be quarantined for 14 days after a service, needs to be arranged for international to have high epidemic risks on board, there is a short vessels’ berthing and departing may be delayed. Crew shore leave is generally completely disallowed.
