Christmas and New Year 2022 - Japan out of hours contact details

May we wish all our Members and friends Season's Greetings for the New Year. Our thoughts and best wishes are particularly with the ship crews who are away from their families at this time of year.

The Japan offices will be closed from Friday 30th December 2022 and will reopen on Thursday 5th January 2023.

Our offices follow local customs when taking holidays during the Christmas and New Year holiday period during which a duty executive will be available throughout that time.

Please note that our Japan offices will be closing for three days to celebrate a collection of National holidays known as 'Golden Week'. 

On 24 March, the UK P&I Club Japan branch hosted a hybrid loss prevention seminar on the theme of 'Management Responsibility in Marine Casualties' at Tokyo Port City Takeshiba to approximately 200 attendees both online and in person.
