Turkey - 2022 Tariffs for Sea Pollution Fines

The Club would like to draw Members’ attention to the 2022 tariffs for sea pollution fines in Turkey, applicable from 1 January 2022. The rates have been increased by 36.20%, compared to last year’s rates. A summary of the fines with recommendations on how to avoid the fines, prepared by the UK P&I Club’s Correspondents, Vitsan, may be downloaded below.

The Club would like to draw Members' attention to the new 2021 pollution fine tariffs in Turkey, applicable from 1 January 2021
The new Environment Examination Regulation number 31509 dated 12 June 2021 was published and contained inspection information, and does not contain any increase on fine amount, thus the Pollution tariff 2021 is still valid.
