Turkiye - 2023 Pollution Fines

The Club would like to draw Members' attention to the 2023 sea pollution fines in Turkiye applicable from 1 January 2023. The rates have been increased by 122.93% compared to the 2022 rates.
A Circular from the Club's Correspondent Vitsan Istanbul, with a summary of the fines and recommendations on steps to take to avoid the fines is available to download below.
