Deadlines for Blue Cards & other compliance documentation
Email notifications are now being sent providing the latest Certificate of Entry, corresponding debit notes, blue cards, renewal confirmations and COFR documentation to individual renewing Members of both UK P&I and UK Defence. The attached PDF files are valid as original documents when printed on a colour printer. If have not received these essential documents, please call your usual underwriting contact without delay.
Documents for the current policy year expire in two weeks time leaving limited time for flag states to issue their documents after receipt of blue cards. In many Asian countries deadlines are shorter as the Chinese New Year holidays ( 9th - 12th February ) fall a week before the policy year end date of 20th February.
The renewal email also includes a direct link to the Underwriting Online section of our website where these documents can be downloaded.
If you have not yet registered for the Club's online services, simply click on the Members Area button at the top of this web page to start the registration process.
