Survey Questionnaires for Members & brokers
The UK Club Board appreciates the continuing commitment of our Members and the support of the insurance broking community. In these uncertain times for shipping the Board is making every effort to ensure the UK Club remains at the forefront of the P&I market.
A key step this year in meeting the service standards and expectations of the membership will be to carry out a member and broker satisfaction survey. This will help identify those areas going well and those requiring improvement.
An independent market research consultancy has been appointed and a questionnaire has been developed, which will be sent to all Members and their brokers in the first week of April this year.
The Board is determined to use the findings of the survey to make the UK P&I Club an even better Club for the future and to develop further those features that member and brokers find most important.
A report of the findings of this survey will be published to Members and their brokers in early June.
The Board and managers hope that you will take this opportunity to share their opinions with us.
Should you wish to discuss any aspect of the survey with the Club, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org
, or alternatively use your usual Club contact.
We look forward to hearing your views.

First-rate service relies upon the Club having a thorough understanding of what our Members expect from their Club and identifying any areas where we can improve. As I mentioned in the Autumn Statement in 2016, the UK Club Board announced our intention to carry out a Member Survey in 2017 in order to better understand and meet the service standards and expectations of the membership.
The UK P&I Club was recently invited by Thome Ship management to take part in their “Bulk carrier advancement Workshop” held in Delhi from the 23rd to 25th August. Captain Anuj Velankar represented the UK P&I Club at the workshop.
