The countries so determined are: Democratic Republic of the Congo

Vessels arriving in the United States that have called in one or more of these nations during their last five port calls must have:

(1) Implemented Security Level 2 in the ship security plan;

(2) Placed guards at each access point while in port in those nations;

(3) Executed or attempted to execute a Declaration of Security:

(4) Logged all security actions;

(5) Report actions taken in the U.S. advance notice of arrival; and

(6) Ensure each access point to the vessel is guarded by armed, private security guards acceptable to the USCG while the vessel is in the U.S. port.
