984 - 08/14 - Mass Flow Meters - Singapore
Members may recall Club Bulletin 963 regarding the forthcoming implementation of mandatory Mass Flow Meters on board bunker barges in Singapore.
The Singapore Maritime Port Authority (MPA) has released a new circular which details the specific dates from which all existing and new bunker barges need to be fitted with the approved Mass flow meters. The date for the mandatory use of Mass Flow Meters in Singapore has been set as 1
stJanuary 2017.
