TO THE MEMBERS

At the Annual General Meeting held in Singapore on Monday 4th November 2019, the proposed resolutions in the agenda were put to the Members and were adopted by the meeting.

The Report and Accounts as audited and certified for the period ended 20th February 2019 were approved. The retiring Directors who offered themselves for re-election to the Members' Committee were all re-elected. In addition, the following were also elected to the Members' Committee:

Mr A.Ali Shehab of Kuwait Oil Tanker Co SAK, Kuwait, Dr N.A.Hadjiyiannis of Hellenic Tankers Co Ltd and Co-Managing Director of Cyprus Sea Lines SA, Athens, and Mr K.Takayama of JX Ocean Co., Ltd, Yokohama, and Mr M.R.Wade of Grindrod Shipping Pte. Ltd, Singapore and Mr Wang Yongxin of China Merchants Energy Shipping Co., Ltd, Hong Kong. Messrs BDO LLP of London were re-appointed auditors of the Club.
