We would like to draw Members’ attention to the attached Circular PNI1902 - Measures for Supervision and Management of Ship Ballast Water and Sediment received from the Club’s local correspondents in China, Huatai Insurance Agency & Consultant Service Ltd.
The said measures came into force on 22 January. It is important that Members familiarise themselves with these measures prior to Members’ vessels proceeding to, or transiting through, Chinese waters.
