For the UK Club this year's CMA 2011 was marked out by the passing of the Commodoreship of the Connecticut Maritime Association annual event from one Club Director, Philippe Louis-Dreyfus, to another Angeliki Frangou.

The UK Club had its usual prominent stand at the show with a hosting team that included Hugo Wynn-Williams, Mike Jarrett and Karl Lumbers together with colleagues from the New Jersey office.

We were pleased to see so many friends and industry colleagues this year who took the time to drop by and say hello. Our extensive collection of loss prevention material covering all the main trades plus some problems common to all proved quite a hit.

A definite first this year was virtual participation in the show via Twitter. A
